A Committed Low-substituted Hydroxypropyl Cellulose (L-HPC) Supplier

A Committed Low-substituted Hydroxypropyl Cellulose (L-HPC) Supplier

A type of all plant derived polymer with a strong swelling ability after absorbing water. It is popularized in pharmaceutical excipients, food, home and personal care products. Recorded in Inactive Ingredients Database of FDA and Handbook of Pharmaceutical Excipients (Pharmaceutical Press, Sixth Edition).

Low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose shorten as L-HPC, is a versatile non-ionic cellulose derivative. It is prepared by alkaline cellulose and propylene oxide under the reaction of high temperature and pressure, the stipulated hydroxypropoxy content is between 7.0%-16.0%. L-HPC is insoluble in water nor in ethanol, acetone and ether, but well swelling in water to create a clean viscous gel solution. Its powder has a greater specific surface area and porousness, which enable it to quickly absorb water and swell so as to lead to a rapid disintegration of tablets. Adopting the branding strategy, Miedykol™ identifies the different applications of its cellulose, starch and other products with the different trademarks. Becis™ L-HPC means the product is qualified to serve as the pharmaceutical excipients.

Why Becis® L-HPC Is Your Best Choice?

Stable Supply of the Raw Materials. Our pregelatinized starch products as well as other plant-based polymers enjoy the multiple raw material supplying channels and manufacturing bases. We have built the long-term partnership with 5 purified cotton and starch suppliers and the high-quality and short-run cooperative relationships with more than 7 purified cotton and starch plants. The stable raw resources supplying have never been disrupted since it started to serve the customers.

The Most Stringent Standards. Standard is the redline and liveline for us. We strictly follow the GMP and FDA standards throughout the process of manufacturing of APIs and pharmaceutical excipients. We also have obtained the GB/T19001-2016/ISO9001:2015 certificate. And increasingly, we will continue to step up our efforts to reach the higher quality level.

√ High Annual Capacity and High Quality. We introduced 2 cellulose ether production lines equipped with the latest QFN-VSD vacuum spray dryer, dust-free processing system, cyclone blending & mixing system, MVR wastewater treatment system, which enable us to reach annual production capacity of 50,000MT and meanwhile to reduce the waste and pollutant emissions to the zero.

√ Customized Formula Support. Our independent high-class laboratory is responsible for designing the products that meet the specific demands. Our head technical engineer is a second-to-none expert in pharma and food cellulose polymers who had ever helped many big R&D-based enterprises achieve the key technical breakthrough.

√ An Integrative Solution Provider. Miedykol™ centers on production and strives for a comprehensive development in export trade, R&D, and solution provision. We have tried our best to provide an innovative, profitable and sustainable solution for our global customers rather than only a chemicals supplier. We have confidence to exceed your expectations with our most efficient, professional, and considerable services.

√ Diversified Product Portfolios and Competitive Price. Taking pride of the independent factory and multiple proprietary technologies, we are capable of developing diversified product portfolios at different price levels. You could be assured the best-quality product with the most competitive price as serving the differentiated demands is our growth strategy.

The Best-grade L-HPC Binder Helping Your Drugs of Less Active Content

Becis™ L-HPC is feature by the wide specifications for oral solid dosages. It is designed for tablets, capsules and granules as the disintegrant. In tablets, L-HPC is suitable for direct compression process and wet granulation process. The medium substituted degree LH-11 with the biggest particle diameters, primarily used for anti-capping, resistance of lamination and the disintegrant for direct compression process. LH-21 is used as the binder and disintegrant for wet granulation process. LH-31 with a relatively small particle diameter is primarily used for extrusion granulation.

Our Becis™ series L-HPC is designed specially for pharmaceutical applications, whose flexible performance is committed to exceeding the expectations for tablets effective disintegrating while giving the most economic solution to your formulations.

Security

Implementing the requirements of ChP (the Fourth part of 2020 edition), USP-NF 2024, PhEur 11th for L-HPC. Manufacturing in line with the GMP standard. Both L-HPC and other biobased polymers are widely used in pharmaceutical excipients without poison and irritation. But orally taking in a large amount is forbidden.

Package

25 kg/fiber drum or packed in multi-layer paper bag with inner PE film reinforced. Support customization according to specific requirements.

Storage & Transport

L-HPC products enjoy the nature of stability but easily absorbing the water from air. For the sake of averting degeneration, they should be stored and transported in the airtight containers and placed somewhere shady and dry.
