Cellulose ether highly features in Miedykol’s business units and its pipeline as well. Different from the other two branches committed to the construction-grade cellulose, it is dedicated in the medical and food-grade cellulose for specialty chemical producers and manufacturers of pharmaceutical, food, home and personal care products. Since the founding of this branch, its pipeline is projected as high-end, high-quality, and high-class. All developers in Miedykol have worked hardest to design the versatile and excellent biocompactibility cellulose derivative goods. The HPMC, HEC, MCC, and colloidal MCC are designed suitable to dry and wet compression processes, giving the tablets prime hardness, uniformity, and dissolubility. We also provide HPMCP (hypromellose phthalate), CAP (cellulose acetate phthalate) as an effective enteric-coated material and matrix binder for tablets or gelatin capsules. Also, the starch ethers and EC, MC products are qualified to serve your needs as food additives and daily care chemicals.
Besides that, the company has devoted itself into developing active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and their intermediates. At present, three mature API pipelines have been established consisting of ophthalmic solutions, calcium channel blockers and targeted cancer therapy medicines. Ophthalmic solutions include amfenac sodium, bromfenac which have entered in Japanese market, and others. Cilnidipine, felodipine and manidipine dihydrochloride of calcium channel blockers also have been exported to dozens of overseas pharmaceutical companies. Mitiglinide calcium hydrate is a new type medicines by our developers for diabetes II patients to decrease postprandial hyperglycemia.
